 is a methodology based on objective data and analysis and developed by Walter Shewhart at Western Electric Company and Bell Telephone Laboratories in the 1920s and 1930s. This methodology uses statistical methods to manage and control the production of products.

 which applies quantitative methods as the basis for continuous improvement. TQM relies on facts, data, and analysis to support product planning and performance reviews. 

Our Quality Assurance & Quality Control System

 This software is related to quality control and quality assurance. All product quality control processes, both in the supply cycle and in the consumption cycle, are covered by this software. The following are some of the features of this software: 

  • Ability to control the statistical quality of items received under the supply system


  • Determining the initial number of task


  • Determine the number of samples


  • Record an infinite number of tests on product samples and record test results


  • Automatic determination of acceptable number based on registered test results


  • Ability to register applicable tests at the warehouse and applicable tests outside the organization


  • Ability to record field tests operationally


  • The possibility of a general or partial conditional consumption license for a pen, as needed, until the final assignment is determined


  • Ability to register quality control manpower for each test


  • Ability to control the quality of parts stored in consumer warehouses in order to control the quality of storage conditions
