Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and FaraErtebat AI Corp (“FEC.AI”, “we”, “us”) for the use of our website and our products, including QA Intelligence at qa.fec.ai(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you may do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. The Service
QA Intelligence tests websites and applications with automated specialists: it visits the pages of a site you name, runs checks, reports the problems it finds with evidence, suggests fixes, and can re-test them. With your permission it can read the code of repositories you connect, open draft pull requests when you ask, and test branches that are not deployed. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account and workspace.
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Tell us right away at hello@fec.ai if you think your account has been misused.
3. Test only what you are allowed to test
You may point the Service only at sites, applications and code that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Some checks — for example security and load checks — are available only after you prove you own a site. You must not use the Service to:
- test, scan or load systems without their owner’s permission, or try to harm, overload or break into any system;
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or process data you have no right to process;
- get around usage limits, ownership checks or security measures of the Service, or attack the Service itself;
- resell or copy the Service without our written agreement.
You are responsible for the consequences of tests you start and of changes you make to your own systems.
4. Results and AI
Findings, explanations and suggested fixes are produced by automated tools and AI models. They can be incomplete or wrong, and a passing test does not prove a site has no problems. Review results and changes before relying on them; you decide what to deploy. Draft pull requests are proposals for you to review — we never merge or deploy anything for you.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your sites, code and data. You give us the permission we need to process them to provide the Service — for example to load your pages, store test evidence, read connected repositories and build code you ask us to test. We do not claim ownership of anything you give us.
6. Plans, payments and credit
- Some features are free (for example the quick scan, within daily limits). Others need a free trial, a subscription or a pass, as described in the product when you buy.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel; you can cancel any time from the billing settings, and the plan then ends at the close of the period already paid.
- Passes are paid once and last for the period stated when you buy them.
- Premium AI models are paid from prepaid credit. Their price is shown before a test starts and is taken from your credit when it starts; if a premium model gives no answer during that test, its price is returned to your credit automatically. Credit has no cash value.
- Prices may change; a change applies from your next billing period or purchase, and we will show it before you pay. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except as stated here or where the law requires.
7. Third-party services
The Service works with services such as Google, GitHub and Stripe. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others or the Service at risk, or when the law requires it; where reasonable we will tell you first. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 4, 9 and 10) continue after the agreement ends.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your place of residence gives you the right to another forum.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and tell account holders before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
